Common use of Quiet Use and Enjoyment Clause in Contracts

Quiet Use and Enjoyment. Landlord covenants, in lieu of any implied covenant of quiet possession or quiet enjoyment, that so long as Tenant is in compliance with the covenants and conditions set forth in this Lease, Tenant shall have the right to quiet use and enjoyment of the Premises without hindrance or interference from Landlord or those claiming through Landlord, subject to the covenants and conditions set forth in this Lease.
