Common use of Quitclaim Clause in Contracts

Quitclaim. Upon any termination of this Lease, Tenant shall, at Landlord's request, execute, have acknowledged and deliver to Landlord an instrument in writing releasing and quitclaiming to Landlord all right, title and interest of Tenant in and to the Premises by reason of this Lease or otherwise.

Quitclaim. Upon To the extent, if any, that the Lease gives Tenant any termination of this Leaseright, title or interest in or to the Premises, Tenant shalldoes hereby remise, at Landlord's requestrelease and quitclaim to Landlord such right, execute, have acknowledged title or interest in or to the Premises as of the Lease Termination and shall execute and deliver to Landlord an instrument in writing releasing any documentation reasonably requested by Landlord to effect or document such remise, release and quitclaiming to Landlord all right, title and interest of Tenant in and to the Premises by reason of this Lease or otherwisequitclaim.

Quitclaim. Upon the expiration of the term thereof, or any sooner termination of this Lease, Tenant shall, at Landlord's request, agrees to execute, have acknowledged acknowledge and deliver to Landlord an a proper instrument in writing writing, releasing and quitclaiming to Landlord all right, title and interest of Tenant in and to the Premises by reason of this Lease or otherwiseleased premises and all improvements thereto.

Quitclaim. Upon any termination of this Lease, Tenant shall, at Landlord's request, execute, have acknowledged and deliver to Landlord an instrument in writing releasing and quitclaiming quit-claiming to Landlord all right, title and interest of Tenant in and to the Premises by reason of this Lease or otherwise.
