Common use of Quitclaim Clause in Contracts

Quitclaim. Upon any termination of this Lease, Tenant shall, at Landlord's request, execute, have acknowledged and deliver to Landlord an instrument in writing releasing and quitclaiming to Landlord all right, title and interest of Tenant in and to the Premises by reason of this Lease or otherwise.

Quitclaim. Upon Subject to Tenant's rights under this Lease which survive the termination of this Lease, upon any termination of this Lease, Tenant shall, at Landlord's request, execute, have acknowledged and deliver to Landlord an instrument in writing releasing and quitclaiming to Landlord all right, title and interest of Tenant in and to the Premises by reason of this Lease or otherwise.

Quitclaim. Upon any expiration or termination of this Lease, Tenant shall, at Landlord's request, execute, have acknowledged and deliver to Landlord an instrument in writing releasing and quitclaiming to Landlord all of Tenant's right, title and interest of Tenant in and to the Premises by reason of this Lease or otherwise.

Quitclaim. Upon the expiration of the term thereof, or any sooner termination of this Lease, Tenant shall, at Landlord's request, agrees to execute, have acknowledged acknowledge and deliver to Landlord an a proper instrument in writing writing, releasing and quitclaiming to Landlord all right, title and interest of Tenant in and to the Premises by reason of this Lease or otherwiseleased premises and all improvements thereto.

Quitclaim.
