Common use of Quitclaim Clause in Contracts

Quitclaim. To the extent, if any, that the Lease gives Tenant any right, title or interest in or to the Premises, Tenant does hereby remise, release and quitclaim to Landlord such right, title or interest in or to the Premises and shall execute and deliver to Landlord any documentation reasonably requested by Landlord to effect or document such remise, release and quitclaim.

Quitclaim. To the extent, if any, that the Lease gives Tenant any right, title or interest in or to the Premises, Tenant does hereby remise, release and quitclaim to Landlord such right, title or interest in or to the Premises as of the Lease Termination and shall execute and deliver to Landlord any documentation reasonably requested by Landlord to effect or document such remise, release and quitclaim.

To the extent, if any, that the Lease gives Tenant Upon any right, title or interest in or to the Premisestermination of this Lease, Tenant does hereby remiseshall, release and quitclaim to Landlord such rightat Landlord’s request, title or interest in or to the Premises and shall execute execute, have acknowledged and deliver to Landlord any documentation reasonably requested an instrument in writing releasing and quitclaiming to Landlord all right, title and interest of Tenant in and to the Premises by Landlord to effect reason of this Lease or document such remise, release and quitclaimotherwise.

To the extentUpon any termination of this Lease Tenant shall, if anyat Landlord's request, that the Lease gives Tenant any rightexecute, title or interest in or to the Premises, Tenant does hereby remise, release and quitclaim to Landlord such right, title or interest in or to the Premises and shall execute have acknowledged and deliver to Landlord any documentation reasonably requested an instrument in writing releasing and quitclaiming to Landlord all right, title and interest of Tenant in and to the Premises by Landlord to effect reason of this Lease or document such remise, release and quitclaimotherwise.

To the extent, if any, that the Lease gives Tenant any right, title or interest in or to the Premises, Tenant Xxxxxx does hereby remise, release and quitclaim to Landlord such right, title or interest in or to the Premises as of the Lease Termination and shall execute and deliver to Landlord any documentation reasonably requested by Landlord to effect or document such remise, release and quitclaim.

To the extent, if any, that the Lease gives Tenant any right, title or interest in or to the Binney Premises, Tenant does hereby remise, release and quitclaim to Landlord such right, title or interest in or to the Binney Premises as of the Partial Lease Termination and shall execute and deliver to Landlord any documentation reasonably requested by Landlord to effect or document such remise, release and quitclaim.

Quitclaim. To the extent, if any, that the Lease gives Tenant any right, title or interest in or to the Surrender Premises, Tenant does hereby remise, release and quitclaim to Landlord Landlord, without representation or warranty, such right, title or interest in or to the Surrender Premises as of the Partial Lease Termination and shall execute and deliver to Landlord any documentation reasonably requested by Landlord to effect or document such remise, release and quitclaim.

Quitclaim. To the extent, if any, that the Lease gives Tenant any right, title or interest in or to the Premises, Tenant does does, effective as of the Termination Date, hereby remise, release and quitclaim to Landlord such right, title or interest in or to the Premises and shall execute and deliver to Landlord any documentation reasonably requested by Landlord to effect or document such remise, release and quitclaim.
