Common use of Quitclaim Clause in Contracts

Quitclaim. Upon expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, --------- Tenant shall, immediately upon request of Landlord, execute, acknowledge and deliver to Landlord a recordable deed quit-claiming to Landlord all interest of Tenant in the Leased Premises, the Project and this Lease.
