Common use of QUOTATION; LISTING Clause in Contracts

QUOTATION; LISTING. If Issuer Common Stock or any other securities to be acquired upon exercise of the Option are then authorized for listing on the NYSE or any other securities exchange or any automated quotations system maintained by a self-regulatory organization, Issuer will promptly file an application, if required, to authorize for listing or trading or quotation of the shares of Issuer Common Stock or other securities to be acquired upon exercise of the Option on the NYSE or any other securities exchange or any automated quotations system maintained by a self-regulatory organization and will use its best efforts to obtain approval, if required, of such quotation or listing as soon as practicable.
