Common use of Quotation of Adjusted Eurodollar Rate Clause in Contracts

Quotation of Adjusted Eurodollar Rate. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, if on any Interest Rate Determination Date no Adjusted Eurodollar Rate is available by reason of the failure of all Reference Lenders to provide offered quotations to Administrative Agent in accordance with the definition of "Adjusted Eurodollar Rate," Administrative Agent shall give Borrowers and each Lender prompt notice thereof and the Loans requested shall be made as Base Rate Loans.
