Common use of Quotation or Listing Clause in Contracts

Quotation or Listing. If Issuer Common Stock or any other securities to be acquired in connection with the exercise of the Option are then authorized for quotation or trading or listing on the NYSE, the Nasdaq National Market System or any other securities exchange or securities quotation system, Issuer, upon the request of Grantee, will promptly file an application, if required, to authorize for quotation or trading or listing the shares of Issuer Common Stock or any other securities to be acquired upon exercise of the Option on such securities exchange or securities quotation system and will use its reasonable best efforts to obtain approval, if required, of such quotation or listing as soon as practicable.

If Issuer Company Common Stock Shares or any other securities to be acquired in connection with the exercise of the Option are then authorized for quotation or trading or listing on the NYSE, the Nasdaq National Market System or any other securities exchange or securities quotation system, IssuerCompany, upon the request of Grantee, will promptly file an application, if required, to authorize for quotation or trading or listing the shares of Issuer Company Common Stock Shares or any other securities to be acquired upon exercise of the Option on such securities exchange or securities quotation system and will use its reasonable best efforts to obtain approval, if required, of such quotation or listing as soon as practicable.
