Authorisations Each Obligor shall promptly:
Authorisation obtain or cause to be obtained, maintain in full force and effect and comply fully with all Required Authorisations, provide the Agent with Certified Copies of the same and do, or cause to be done, all other acts and things which may from time to time be necessary or desirable under any applicable law (whether or not in the Pertinent Jurisdiction) for the continued due performance of all the obligations of the Security Parties under each of the Security Documents;
Proposal Work Authorizations The State may issue a proposal work authorization under which the Engineer will submit a proposal for additional work. The proposal must be for additional work that is within the defined scope of work under this contract. The amount to be paid for a proposal work authorization will be a lump sum for each proposal. The lump sum payment will be no less than two percent (2%) and no more than four percent (4%) of the State's estimate of the cost of the additional work. The Engineer may elect without penalty not to submit a proposal in response to a proposal work authorization. Any proposal submitted in response to a proposal work authorization will be the sole property of the State. The State may, at its option, issue similar or identical proposal work authorizations under other contracts, and the proposals submitted in response to the various proposal work authorizations may be compared by the State for the purpose of determining the contract under which the work will be awarded. The determination of the contract under which the work will be awarded will be based on the design characteristics of the proposal and the Engineer's qualifications and will not consider the Engineer's rates.
Dues Authorization Employees covered by the Certification shall as a condition of continuing employment authorize deductions from their monthly salary of union dues, or the amount equivalent to dues. Failure to authorize such deductions shall constitute cause for dismissal.
Australian Workplace Agreements The Company and Employees whose terms and conditions are regulated by this agreement may enter into Australian Workplace Agreements under the Act. Any such Australian Workplace Agreement will operate to the exclusion of this Agreement.
Export Law Assurances You are responsible for complying with all trade regulations and laws both foreign and domestic. You acknowledge that this Software may only be exported or re-exported in accordance with U.S. Government Export Administration Regulations. You warrant and represent that neither the Bureau of Export Administration of the U.S. Commerce Department not any other U.S. Government entity or agency has suspended, revoked or denied, in whole or in part, Your export privileges. WORK AUTHORIZATIONS The State will issue work authorizations using the form included in Attachment D (Work Authorizations and Supplemental Work Authorizations) to authorize all work under this contract. The Engineer must sign and return a work authorization within seven (7) working days after receipt. Refusal to accept a work authorization may be grounds for termination of the contract. The State shall not be responsible for actions by the Engineer or any costs incurred by the Engineer relating to work not directly associated with or prior to the execution of a work authorization. Terms and conditions governing the use of work authorizations are set forth in Attachment A, General Provisions, Article 1.
