Common use of R E E M E N T Clause in Contracts

R E E M E N T. 1. The Joining Party hereby represents and warrants to and in favor of RCFC and the Trustee that (i) the Joining Party is a direct or indirect Subsidiary of DTAG, (ii) all of the conditions required to be satisfied pursuant to Section 28 of the Lease in respect of the Joining Party becoming a Lessee thereunder have been satisfied, and (iii) all of the representations and warranties contained in Section 23 of the Lease with respect to the Lessees are true and correct as applied to the Joining Party as of the date hereof.

R E E M E N T. 1. The Joining Party hereby represents and warrants to and in favor of RCFC and the Trustee that (i) the Joining Party is a direct or indirect Subsidiary an Affiliate of DTAGHertz, (ii) all of the conditions required to be satisfied pursuant to Section 28 12 of the Lease in respect of the Joining Party becoming a Lessee thereunder have been satisfied, and (iii) all of the representations and warranties contained in Section 23 7 of the Lease with respect to the Lessees are true and correct as applied to the Joining Party as of the date hereof.

R E E M E N T. 1. The Joining Party hereby represents and warrants to and in favor of RCFC and the Trustee that (i) the Joining Party is a [direct or indirect Subsidiary of DTAGDTAG][direct or indirect Subsidiary of][Permitted Change in Control Counterparty], (ii) all of the conditions required to be satisfied pursuant to Section 28 of the Lease in respect of the Joining Party becoming a Lessee thereunder have been satisfied, and (iii) all of the representations and warranties contained in Section 23 of the Lease with respect to the Lessees are true and correct as applied to the Joining Party as of the date hereof.

The Joining Party hereby represents and warrants to and in favor of RCFC TFFC and the Trustee that (i) [the Joining Party is a direct or indirect Subsidiary or Affiliate of DTAGBudget, (ii) )] all of the conditions required to be satisfied pursuant to Section 28 23 of the Lease in respect of the Joining Party becoming a Lessee thereunder have been satisfied, and (iii) all of the representations and warranties contained in Section 23 28 of the Lease with respect to the Lessees are true and correct as applied to the Joining Party as of the date hereof.

R E E M E N T. 1. The Joining Party hereby represents and warrants to and in favor of RCFC TFFC and the Trustee that (i) the Joining Party is a direct or indirect Subsidiary of DTAGTeam, (ii) all of the conditions required to be satisfied pursuant to Section 28 24 of the Lease Agreement in respect of the Joining Party becoming a Lessee thereunder have been satisfied, and (iii) all of the representations and warranties contained in Section 23 30 of the Lease Agreement with respect to the Lessees are true and correct as applied to the Joining Party as of the date hereof.

R E E M E N T. 1. The Joining Party hereby represents and warrants to and in favor of RCFC and the Trustee that (i) the Joining Party is a [direct or indirect Subsidiary of DTAGDTAG][direct or indirect Subsidiary of][Specified Change in Control Counterparty], (ii) all of the conditions required to be satisfied pursuant to Section 28 of the Lease in respect of the Joining Party becoming a Lessee thereunder have been satisfied, and (iii) all of the representations and warranties contained in Section 23 of the Lease with respect to the Lessees are true and correct as applied to the Joining Party as of the date hereof.

The Joining Party hereby represents and warrants to and in favor of RCFC and the Trustee that (i) the Joining Party is a direct or indirect Subsidiary of DTAG, (ii) all of the conditions required to be satisfied pursuant to Section 28 of the Group I Lease in respect of the Joining Party becoming a Lessee thereunder have been satisfied, and (iii) all of the representations and warranties contained in Section 23 of the Group I Lease with respect to the Lessees are true and correct as applied to the Joining Party as of the date hereof.
