R eliance and Advice. Each Senior Agent may: (a) rely on any notice or document believed by it to be genuine and correct and to have been signed by, or with the authority of, the proper person; (b) rely on any statement made by any person regarding any matters which may be assumed to be within its knowledge or within its powers to verify; and (c) engage, pay for and rely on professional advisers selected by it (including those representing a person other than any Senior Agent).
