Common use of R & R In Place Clause in Contracts

R & R In Place. For R & R that occurs in place on an incident, the Cooperator will be reimbursed personnel costs, meals and hotel costs, if any, and the daily equipment rate. Cooperating personnel will only be reimbursed for 8 hours of time on non-duty days during R&R in place. Cooperators will be reimbursed for 24 hours of personnel time on their duty days during R&R in place, backfill if needed, will be reimbursed for actual backfill hours. Costs of previously rented and authorized rental vehicles will also be covered.
