Radiation Therapy that is, the use of ionizing radiation in the treat ment of a medical illness or condition.
Radiation Therapy the treatment of disease by x-ray, radium, cobalt, or high energy particle sources. Radiation therapy includes rental or cost of radioactive materials. Diagnostic Services requiring the use of radioactive materials are not radiation therapy.
Radiation Therapy. Coverage for radiation therapy and all Services related thereto shall be included.
Radiation Therapy. Benefits will be provided for the treatment of disease by x-ray, radium, radioactive isotopes, or other radioactive substances regardless of the method of delivery, including the cost of radioactive materials supplied and billed by the Provider.

Covered Services include treatment (teletherapy, brachytherapy and intraoperative radiation, photon or high energy particle sources), materials and supplies needed, and treatment planning.

Radiation Therapy. Drugs approved for use in the United States by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, except drugs approved for experimental use and drugs for take-home use.
Radiation Therapy. The salary group for Radiation Therapy Technologist will be increased to SG 9. The salary group for Lead Radiation Therapy Technologist will be increased to SG 11.
