Common use of Radio Licenses Clause in Contracts

Radio Licenses. The ECC is the named licensee, and will be responsible to acquire and maintain all licenses required by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for the operation of the System. The ECC will investigate and remediate any complaints of interference or substandard performance of the System. The ECC will comply with all applicable laws including but not limited to FCC regulations.
