Radiology Contract. Buyer shall have entered into a radiology ------------------ agreement with a radiologist or radiologist group on terms satisfactory to Buyer, which agreement shall contain provisions authorizing Buyer to endorse certain checks made payable to such radiologist or radiologist group.
