RAISING OF ANTIBODIES BY MEDAREX. The Party designated under Section 1.2.3(b) shall provide to Medarex sufficient Immunogen for each Collaboration Target to enable Medarex to perform its activities pursuant to this Section 1.2.5. Upon the delivery of such Immunogen, Medarex shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to immunize the HuMAb Mice and raise a panel of different Antibodies to the applicable Collaboration Target.
