Common use of Rank and Subordination Clause in Contracts

Rank and Subordination. The Debentures certified and issued under this Indenture rank pari passu with one another, in accordance with their tenor without discrimination, preference or priority and with all other present and future subordinated and unsecured Indebtedness of the Corporation. The payment of the principal of and interest on the Debentures is expressly subordinated in right of payment to the prior payment in full of Senior Indebtedness, as provided in Article 8.
