Common use of Rank of Obligations Clause in Contracts

Rank of Obligations. The claims of the Administrative Agent, the Global Coordinators and the Lenders against the Borrower under this Agreement and the Instruments rank at least pari passu in priority of payment and in all other respects with the claims of all its other unsecured and unsubordinated creditors save those whose claims are preferred solely by the laws of Chile relating to bankruptcy, insolvency, liquidation, or other similar laws of general application, Taxes payable to Governmental Authorities, and wages, salaries, and other social security benefits of the employees of the Borrower.

Rank of Obligations. The Borrower will cause at all times that the claims of the Administrative Agent, the Global Coordinators and the Lenders against the Borrower under this Agreement and the Instruments will rank at least pari passu in priority of payment and in all other respects with the claims of all its other unsecured and unsubordinated creditors save those whose claims are preferred solely by the laws of Chile relating to bankruptcy, insolvency, liquidation, liquidation or other similar laws of general application, Taxes payable to Governmental Authorities, and wages, salaries, salaries and other social security benefits of the employees of the Borrower.
