Rank; Subsequent Financing. The Company expressly acknowledges that the indebtedness evidenced by this Note shall rank senior in right of payment to all other existing indebtedness of the Company. The Company may not issue any debt or warrants senior to or pari passu with this Note without the prior consent of the Holder.
