Common use of Ranking of Obligations Clause in Contracts

Ranking of Obligations. The payment obligations under this Agreement rank and will at all times rank at least equally and rateably in all respects with all the Borrower's other unsecured Indebtedness other than such Indebtedness as would, by virtue only of the operation of law, be preferred in the event of its Winding-up.
