Common use of Ranking of the Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Ranking of the Guarantee. The Guarantor’s Guarantee of the Securities (the “Guarantee”) shall rank pari passu with its obligation to make payments on or otherwise perform in accordance with the terms of the Guarantor Class A Securities.
