Common use of Rapid Amortization Period Clause in Contracts

Rapid Amortization Period. During the Series 2009-1 Rapid Amortization Period, the Administrator will direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement, prior to 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on any Series 2009-1 Deposit Date, to apply from all amounts deposited into the Collection Account as set forth below:

Rapid Amortization Period. During the Series 20092010-1 Rapid Amortization Period, the Administrator will direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement, prior to 1:00 p.m. 12:00 noon (New York City time) on any Series 20092010-1 Deposit Date, to apply from all amounts deposited into the Collection Account as set forth belowbelow following payment in full of all fees, costs and expenses owed to the Trustee and the Collateral Agent hereunder or under any Related Document:

Rapid Amortization Period. During the Series 20092005-1 2 Rapid Amortization Period, the Administrator will direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement, prior to 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on any Series 20092005-1 2 Deposit Date, to apply from all amounts deposited into the Collection Account as set forth below:
