Common use of RATABLE INTERESTS OF THE LENDERS Clause in Contracts

RATABLE INTERESTS OF THE LENDERS. Each Lender agrees at all times (a) to hold the same ratable portion of the aggregate Lender Commitment for Tranche A Loans and the aggregate Lender Commitment for Tranche B Loans and (b) to make advances consistent with such committed amounts referenced in Section 3.4(a) in accordance with the requirements of the Operative Agreements.
