Ratable Payments; Effect of Notice. Each payment of any Advance pursuant to this Section 2.07 or any other provision of this Agreement shall be made in a manner such that all Advances comprising part of the same Borrowing are paid in whole or ratably in part. All notices given pursuant to this Section 2.07 shall be irrevocable and binding upon the Borrower.
