RATE APPLICABLE. Extra Operators performing service on a recurring extra assignment, designated as such in run book which provides for service under more than one pay classification, shall be paid the highest applicable rate for that assignment.
RATE APPLICABLE. Crude Petroleum transported shall be subject to the toll rates, and governed by Shipper's Transportation Services Agreement and these rules and regulations in effect on date such Crude Petroleum is received by the Carrier. Toll rates may be adjusted per Carrier's determination and subject to Shipper's Transportation Services Agreement.

DIFFERENTIAL PAY - OWL ASSIGNMENTS 38 39 Any assignment ending after 12:00 Midnight will be paid an additional $.25 per hour 40 for all full hours worked between 12:00 Midnight and 4:00 A.M. Differential pay of 1 twenty-five cents per hour will be paid for all work performed after Midnight on Owl 2 assignments that sign off after 4:00 a.m.
