Common use of Rate Management Obligations Clause in Contracts

Rate Management Obligations. The Borrower will not, nor will it permit any Subsidiary to, incur Rate Management Obligations, other than Rate Management Obligations incurred in connection with interest rate, foreign currency or commodity exchange, swap, collar, cap or similar agreements entered into by the Borrower or any Subsidiary pursuant to which the Borrower or such Subsidiary has hedged its reasonably estimated interest rate, foreign currency or commodity exposure.
