Rate Management Transactions. The Company will not, nor will it permit any Subsidiary to, enter into or remain liable under any Rate Management Transactions, except for Rate Management Transactions that are entered into in the ordinary course of business of the Company or such Subsidiary for the purpose of hedging a risk exposure of the Company or a Subsidiary and not for speculative purposes.
