RATE OF INTEREST FOR A SPECIFIED ACCOUNT BALANCE CERTIFICATE. The annual rate of interest that is to be applied by the Participant separately to each of the Category 2 Accounts and each of the Category 3 Accounts in a Specified Account Balance Certificate shall, at the Participant's election, be either a fixed or a variable rate for each category. The Participant shall make such election in each Specified Account Balance Certificate without affecting any election made for balances covered by previous certificates.
