Common use of Rateable Portion of Advances Clause in Contracts

Rateable Portion of Advances. References in this Agreement to a Lender’s rateable portion of the Advances or rateable share of payments of principal, interest, Fees or any other amount, shall mean and refer to a rateable portion or share as nearly as may be rateable in the circumstances, as determined in good faith by the Administrative Agent. Each such determination by the Administrative Agent shall be prima facie evidence of such rateable share.
