Common use of Rated Credit Facilities Clause in Contracts

Rated Credit Facilities. The Borrowers will use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the credit facilities made available under this Agreement to be continuously rated by S&P and Xxxxx’x and, in respect of SDLP, will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a corporate rating from S&P and a corporate family rating from Xxxxx’x.

Rated Credit Facilities.
