Rates and Program Changes a. Company shall give Grantor and each Subscriber at least 30 days’ individual written notice of any change in Subscriber rates or charges, in accordance with federal law, and, at Grantor’s request, exercised by Grantor giving Company at least fourteen (14) days’ notice thereof, shall meet with Grantor and respond to questions concerning the rate increase. b. Company shall give Grantor and each Subscriber at least 30 days’ individual written notice of any change, including additions and deletions, or change in Channel position, in the programming carried on the cable system within Company’s control, as well as any retiering of such programming, and any other changes in the services offered by Company. Company shall agree to meet periodically with the Grantor, at the request of the Grantor with at least seven (7) days notice to Company, to discuss programming issues and options, and to consider the advice and recommendations of the Grantor. c. Company agrees to provide a diversity of cable programming options to its Subscribers. Company agrees to provide the following broad categories of programming: sports, news, weather, family, business, children’s, and arts/cultural.
