RATES CHARGED. A. In consideration for the services to be provided by the Towing Company under the terms of this Agreement, the Towing Company may charge the Owner of the Vehicle receiving services up to the Maximum Allowed Fees listed in Exhibit A, provided that: The City shall not be liable in the event of nonpayment by the Owner of the Vehicle being towed. The Maximum Allowed Fees to be charged the Owner for towing and storage of any Vehicle towed at the direction of the City shall be as listed in Exhibit A. No other charges, rates or fees, other than those specified and authorized in this Agreement, are allowed for services provided under this Agreement. The service provided for City-owned or leased Vehicles shall be as outlined in Section 2 and according to the rates provided in Exhibit A.
