Rates Subject to Change. Rates are subject to change by the Board of Trustees of Purdue University at the beginning of any semester or session. The Student shall either reject such new rates in writing within ten days after notice thereof has been forwarded to the Student or be conclusively deemed to have accepted such rate increase.
