Common use of Rates Subject to Change Clause in Contracts

Rates Subject to Change. The rates set out in the Fee Schedule and this Tariff, and any revisions or supplements thereto, are based upon ordinary traffic and labour conditions. If and when these conditions change because of demands of labour for increased wages, strikes, congestions or other causes not reasonably within the control of the Operator, resulting in an increased cost of service, the rates are subject to change without notice or the charge for the services may be assessed on the basis of man-hour and equipment.
