Ratification and Accession. 1. This Agreement shall be open for signature by all the Latin American and Caribbean States, by the EU Member States, and by the EU, from 25 October 2016 to the date of its entry into force and shall be subject to ratification. The instruments of ratification shall be deposited with the depositary.
