Common use of Ratification and Confirmation of Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Ratification and Confirmation of Loan Documents. Each of the Borrower and each Guarantor hereby consents, acknowledges and agrees to the amendments and other agreements set forth herein and hereby confirms and ratifies in all respects the Loan Documents to which such Person is a party (including without limitation, with respect to each Guarantor, the continuation of its payment and performance obligations under the Guaranty), in each case after giving effect to the amendments and other agreements contemplated hereby.

Each of the Borrower and each Guarantor Credit Party hereby consents, acknowledges and agrees to the amendments and other agreements waivers set forth herein and hereby confirms and ratifies in all respects the Loan Documents to which such Person is a party (including including, without limitation, with respect to each Guarantor, the continuation of its payment and performance obligations under the Guaranty), in each case Guaranty upon and after giving effect to the effectiveness of the amendments and other agreements waivers contemplated herebyhereby and, with respect to each Credit Party, the continuation and existence of the liens granted under the Security Documents to secure the Obligations).

Each of the Borrower Holdings and each Guarantor Borrower hereby consents, acknowledges and agrees to the amendments and other agreements set forth herein and hereby confirms and ratifies ratifies, on behalf of itself and its Subsidiaries that are Loan Parties, in all respects the Loan Documents to which such Person or its Subsidiaries that are Loan Parties is a party (including without limitation, with respect to each Guarantor, the continuation of its payment and performance obligations under the Guaranty), in each case applicable Guaranty upon and after giving effect to the effectiveness of the amendments and other agreements contemplated hereby).
