Common use of Ratification and Confirmation of Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Ratification and Confirmation of Loan Documents. Each Loan Party hereby consents to, acknowledges and agrees to the amendments set forth herein and hereby confirms and ratifies in all respects the Loan Documents (including, without limitation, the continuation of each Loan Party’s payment and performance obligations thereunder) and the enforceability of each Loan Document against each Loan Party in accordance with its terms, in each case upon and after the effectiveness of this Amendment and the amendments contemplated hereby.
