Ratification and Consent. By accepting any Award under this Plan, each Recipient and each Personal Representative or Beneficiary claiming under or through such Recipient shall be conclusively deemed to have accepted, ratified and consented to all of the terms and conditions of this Plan and any and all action taken under this Plan by the Company, any Subsidiary, the Board or the Committee.
