Ratification and Construction Sample Clauses

Ratification and Construction. The terms and provisions of the Lease as hereby amended are hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects. The definitions of all defined terms as set forth in the Lease shall apply to such terms used in this Amendment except as specifically provided herein to the contrary. The captions and headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not be deemed to limit the terms and provisions of this Amendment.
