Common use of RATIFICATION AND EXECUTION Clause in Contracts

RATIFICATION AND EXECUTION. The City and IPOA acknowledge that this Memorandum of Understanding shall not be in full force and effect until ratified by its membership and adopted in the form of a resolution by the City Council of the City of Inglewood. Subject to the foregoing, this Memorandum of Understanding is hereby executed by the authorized representatives of the City and IPOA, and entered into this day of 2021.
