Common use of Ratification and Incorporation of Indenture Clause in Contracts

Ratification and Incorporation of Indenture. As supplemented, amended and restated hereby, the Indenture, in the form of the Amended and Restated Indenture, is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Amended and Restated Indenture and this Supplemental Indenture shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.
