Common use of Ratification and Reaffirmation of Obligations by Borrower Clause in Contracts

Ratification and Reaffirmation of Obligations by Borrower. Borrower hereby (a) ratifies and confirms all of its Obligations under the Credit Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents, and acknowledges and agrees that such Obligations remain in full force and effect, and (b) ratifies, reaffirms and reapproves in favor of Lender the terms and provisions of the Credit Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents, including (without limitation), its pledges and other grants of Liens and security interests pursuant to the Loan Documents.

Each Borrower hereby (a) ratifies and confirms all of its Obligations under the Credit Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents, and acknowledges and agrees that such Obligations remain in full force and effect, and (b) ratifies, reaffirms and reapproves in favor of Lender the Agents and each Lender, as applicable, the terms and provisions of the Credit Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents, including (without limitation), its pledges and other grants of Liens and security interests pursuant to the Loan Collateral Documents.

Borrower hereby (a) ratifies and confirms all of its Obligations under the Credit Note Purchase Agreement and each of the other Loan Note Documents, and acknowledges and agrees that such Obligations remain in full force and effect, and (b) ratifies, reaffirms and reapproves in favor of Lender the Purchaser the terms and provisions of the Credit Note Purchase Agreement and each of the other Loan Note Documents, including (without limitation), its pledges and other grants of Liens and security interests pursuant to the Loan Note Documents.
