Ratification and Relationship of Existing Policies. This Agreement shall become effective when ratified by the Board and Association and executed by authorized representatives thereof and may be amended or modified only with written mutual consent of the parties. This Agreement shall supersede any written rules, regulations, policies or resolutions of the District which are contrary to its expressed terms.
