Common use of Ratification; Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Ratification; Conflicts. The Agreement as supplemented by this Amendment No. 5 is ratified and confirmed, and shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Agreement and this Amendment No. 5, the terms and provisions of this Amendment No. 5 shall govern and control.

In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Agreement and this Amendment No. 51, the terms and provisions of this Amendment No. 5 1 shall govern and control.

In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Agreement and this Amendment No. 56, the terms and provisions of this Amendment No. 5 6 shall govern and control.

In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Agreement and this Amendment No. 57, the terms and provisions of this Amendment No. 5 7 shall govern and control.

In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Agreement and this Amendment No. 54, the terms and provisions of this Amendment No. 5 4 shall govern and control.
