Ratification of Base Indenture; Conflicts. The Base Indenture, as supplemented by this Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and this Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed part of the Indenture in the manner and to the extent herein and therein provided. In the event of any conflict between this Supplemental Indenture and the Base Indenture or the provisions set forth in the certificates of Debentures, as the case may be, this Supplemental Indenture shall control.
