Common use of Ratification of Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Ratification of Credit Agreement. Except as expressly amended, modified or waived by this Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents are ratified and confirmed in all respects and shall continue in full force and effect.
