Ratification of Credit Agreement. Except as expressly amended herein, all terms, covenants and conditions of the Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents shall remain in full force and effect, and the parties hereto do expressly ratify and confirm the Credit Agreement as amended herein. All future references to the Credit Agreement shall be deemed to refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.
