Common use of Ratification of Existing Purchase Documents Clause in Contracts

Ratification of Existing Purchase Documents. Except as expressly set forth herein, all of the terms and conditions of the Flex Agreement and Existing Purchase Documents are hereby ratified and confirmed and continue unchanged and in full force and effect. All references to the Flex Agreement shall mean the Flex Agreement as modified by this Amendment.
