Common use of Ratification of Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Ratification of Guaranty. Guarantor, by execution of the ratification following the signature page hereof, hereby agrees to this Amendment and hereby ratifies and confirms the Guaranty; and further confirms that, after giving effect to the amendments provided for herein, the Guaranty shall continue in full force and effect, and that each representation and warranty set forth therein remains true and correct as of the date hereof.

Ratification of Guaranty. Each Guarantor, by execution of the ratification following the signature page hereof, hereby agrees to this Amendment the renewal of the $7,000,000 Revolving Line, and hereby ratifies and confirms the Guarantyits guaranty Agreement; and further confirms that, after giving effect to the amendments provided for herein, the Guaranty Agreement shall continue in full force and effect, and that each representation and warranty set forth therein remains true and correct as of the date hereof.

Ratification of Guaranty. Guarantor, by execution Each of the ratification following Guarantors under the signature page hereof, Guaranty hereby confirms and agrees to that notwithstanding the effectiveness of this Amendment and hereby ratifies and confirms the Guaranty; and further confirms that, after giving effect to the amendments provided for hereinAmendment, the Guaranty is, and shall continue to be, in full force and effect, effect and that each representation is hereby ratified and warranty set forth therein remains true and correct as of the date hereofconfirmed in all respects.

Ratification of Guaranty. Guarantor, by execution of the ratification following the signature page hereof, Each Guarantor hereby agrees consents to this Amendment and hereby ratifies confirms and confirms agrees that (a) notwithstanding the Guaranty; and further confirms that, after giving effect to the amendments provided for hereineffectiveness of this Amendment, the Guaranty is, and shall continue to be, in full force and effecteffect and is hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects, and that each representation (b) the Credit Documents to which it is a party and warranty set forth therein remains true and correct as all of the date hereofCollateral described therein do, and shall continue to, secure the payment of all of the Obligations secured thereby.
