Common use of Ratification of Liens and Security Interest Clause in Contracts

Ratification of Liens and Security Interest. Before and after giving effect to this Agreement, each Borrower and each Guarantor hereby ratify, acknowledge and agree that the liens and security interests of the Credit Agreement and the Loan Documents are valid, subsisting, perfected and enforceable liens and security interests and are superior to all liens and security interests other than Liens permitted under Section 6.7 of the Credit Agreement.
